Great selection, but make sure you check ingredients if you're vegan because they have vegetarian stuff that has whey in it. The people working are so kind and lovely. The old negative reviews are ridiculous because they scan all the barcodes and prices are clearly listed on each item. Sometimes there are buy 2 get 1 free deals. Pay with Venmo, cash, or check only.

awesome spot and super affordable for how filling and substantial the mock meats are! the first time i went, it was a bit intimidating because it's such a small spot tucked away in a business plaza. most of the things are clearly marked with the prices. highly recommend if you're sick of shopping in the vegetarian meat section at your normal grocery store chain. the folks here are very friendly! i've been to the SF location once and the inventory is pretty much the same (same prices too). the SF staff are also friendly and helpful. whichever you live closer to, check it out! forms of payment are cash and venmo.

Little gem for vegan meats! They have a variety of Asian flavored vegan meats, sauces, noodles. The staff/owner? Working was super helpful in giving recommendations and providing suggestions on how to cook different items. Some reviews mention they are cash only, but they do accept venmo now I do hope they start carrying vegan meats to make other cuisines!

VEGAN & VEGETARIAN HEAVEN! Wow this place is a hidden gem in the office/company area! Top Favorites is the Thai Basil Chicken, Fish Balls and the Patties but we always get whatever and open to new items every time we go! So opposite of all the previous not so great reviews many years ago probably managed by the old owners. Eric, Eddie, Doug and Angel are super nice, professional and helpful!

Holy moly!! I work right around the corner from this place but never knew it existed until today thanks to the mail man! This is a tiny office tucked away in a business park, filled with vegan and vegetarian treasures!! Here are all the things I loved: *vegetarian frozen items (some have whey protein) separated from vegan ones to prevent confusion *they carry very specialized mock meats like pork belly, eel, fish, fish balls, fish cake, seasoned beef chunks, seasoned chicken chunks, ham, steam buns, dumplings, chicken nuggets and lots of other things I probably missed. *great selection of sauces: mushroom sauce, tom yum paste, sesame paste, toons paste, ginger paste, taiwanese style bbq sauce and more *awesome selection of dried noodles + sauce packets *large selection of veg jerkies and TVP of various sizes and forms *they accept Venmo I picked up some spicy noodles, and frozen mock meats: eel, beef chunks, and thai style chickn chunks. These have already be seasoned so they only need to be heated up and stir fried with choice of veggies. This is a Taiwanese-owned business with all of their products imported from Taiwan (not China). Some of the items may require some customer service even though the name of the product is written in English. The service here was very friendly and helpful. I probably would have preferred a little more physical space while shopping since we're in a pandemic but other than that, no complaints here! I'll definitely be back!

I drove down from San Francisco to go to happy hooligans and decided to go here to buy vegan groceries while waiting for my friend to get out of class. I read the reviews & saw a lot of people say the selection is good but the customer service is bad. The customer service was great in my experience. They let us sample their various vegan jerkies and helped us find what we were looking for. They packed our food up in a box. They rounded our order down so we didn't have to get coin change. They held the door open for us as left. The store itself is in a weird location, looks like an office building turned into a mini warehouse filled with freezers that you have to open yourself to browse the products. But who cares? It's cool and interesting. The prices are also very good.

Heads up CASH ONLY and Bring Your Own Bag!!! Great variety of vegetarian imitation meat products. Mainly imported from Taiwan from what I saw. Almost all of your shopping is going to be sifting through giant chest freezers. The man that helped us spoke enough English and was able to help us find what we needed (phone pictures helped). Prices are written on the wall for the most part, so not much arguing about prices there. Near the register there's like a box of open shelf items (like jerky and etc.) for you to try out before buying. Highly recommend for all your Asian vegetarian fake meats needs. I can understand where people can get slightly offended and complain about poor customer service. But, honestly that's how old school Asian people are (personality wise), and we as American born Asians/people have a totally different view on how sellers should interact with their customers. But, as long as you are able to get what you want without having someone personally attacking you about your weight or how you personally look, that's a win in my book!

I got a pack of meatless meatballs - a pack has 6 servings, a serving consist of 2 meatballs equating to about 110 calories. Do I detect a lean and full of protein meal? Yes, sir!!! I forgot how much I paid for it though because I also got a pack of their spicy chicken-less thingy. I paid $9 for both, I'm not sure if that is pricey or not however, based on the taste and selections that I saw - I will be hitting this place again in order for me to get through 2 weeks of being a lacto-ovo vegetarian. Cons: cash only and I did not like how the guy followed me very closely around Pros: variety and taste especially the meatless meatballs. It was rad!
